Standard Shipping Policy

2023 Christmas Shipping Terms and Conditions
Orders shipped directly from Bundy Outdoors placed after 12:00pm 22nd December 2023 will not be dispatched after 2nd January 2024. Any Orders that include Premium Order Products or Products Dispatched Directly from the Supplier, placed after 12:00pm 20th December 2023 will not be Dispatched after 8th January 2024. Express Shipping does NOT expedite dispatching periods, Express Shipping will only provide a faster delivery when compared to standard shipping options once the order is dispatched. Australia Post have released Shipping cut off dates for the best chance of items arriving for Christmas, this is NOT Guaranteed. Orders Placed with Standard Shipping are recommended to be placed before 15th December 2023. Orders Placed with Express Shipping are recommended to be placed before 18th December 2023. Please note that Shipping arrival times are NOT guaranteed. Once orders are collected by Australia Post, Bundy Outdoors are not responsible for shipping time frames.

ORDER PROCESSING AND HANDLING - Basic Information
Normal order processing and handling times are between 2-3 Business Days - NOT including special orders, premium orders or orders dispatched directly from the supplier click here for more info. It is at times, possible to offer same day dispatch, however this is not guaranteed and cannot be requested. Same day dispatch will be provided only where possible. It is the Customer's responsiblity to consider their own personal circumstances and requirements when ordering, ensuring they have allowed adequite time for processing and delivery of their items. All costs are inclusive of shipping and handling fees.
Please note - selecting an Express Shipping option does not expeditite normal processing and handling times. Express Shipping will only provide a faster delivery when compared to standard shipping options once the order is dispatched. 1.Shipping Options
1.1 Free Shipping
1.1a Where "Free Shipping to Most parts of Australia" is noted, this means that shipping to certain areas will be free, however depending on location, size and weight of the item shipping may be charged to remote, rural and non-Australian Mainland addresses or major metro areas where large trucks are unable to proceed and the item may need to be contracted to a smaller contractor for delivery. Please use the shipping caclucator to see if your postcode qualifies for Free Shipping.
1.1b Where a product is listed as "Free Shipping", free shipping will only apply to that specific product when dispatched individually/separately. If additional products are purchased a shipping fee may be charged as additional items increase the size and weight of the overall package and will exceed the Free Shipping threshold. This includes products stocked by Bundy Outdoors, Special Order Products and Premium Order Products. Please use the shipping calculator at checkout to see if your order qualifies for free shipping.
1.2 Standard Shipping - Australia Addresses
Standard shipping means normal Australia Post or other standard road Courier Service. Delivery days and times are dependent on the service provider. All estimated delivery times are estimates only, Bundy Outdoors is in no way responsible or has no control over the delivery times and dates. The customer is responsible for considering their personal circumstances and has considered requirement times when placing their order. Costs include shipping and handling fees.
Authority to Leave - By default at Checkout delivery instructions are set to "Signature NOT required on delivery - Authority to Leave Parcel if Receiver not available". If the customer chooses Signature Required on Delivery, it is the Customers responsibility to be available to receive the item at the Delivery Address. Due to security measures, if the Customer is not available at the time of delivery the item will be returned to the carriers depot, and the Customer will be required to attend the depot, which may be some distance from the Delivery Address to collect the item. Items sent by Bundy Outdoors are NOT authorised to be re-directed to alternative addresses or have re-deliveries attempted. Bundy Outdoors is in no way responsible for security of items that are left at the Customers Delivery Address, and cannot be held liable for losses or damages.
1.3 Express Shipping - Australian Addresses
Express Shipping means Australia Express Post of other Express Courier Service. Delivery days and times are dependent on the service provider and location, not all locations within Australia are eligible for Express Post Overnight Guarantees *. All estimated delivery times are estimates only, Bundy Outdoors is in no way responsible or has no control over the delivery times and dates. The customer is responsible for considering their personal circumstances and has considered requirement times when placing their order. Costs include shipping and handling fees.
Please note selecting an Express Shipping service does not expedite order processing or handling times, selecting this Express Shipping will only provide a faster delivery time when compared to Standard Shipping once dispatched. *All overnight express guarantees have been suspended by Australia Post and other couriers until further notice.
1.4 International Orders - Temporarily Suspended
Bundy Outdoors offers international shipping on selected items and uses TNT/Fedex as our international Carrier.
Free shipping is not available on international orders, Free Shipping is only offered to Australian Residents delivering to Australian Addresses.
Shipping Prices do not include relevant overseas custom duties and/or other taxes that the customer may incur. Bundy Outdoors cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on an order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
Approximate time for delivery for international orders is 10-14 business (working) days.

2. Carriers
2.1 Bundy Outdoors use Australia Post eParcel services for most items sold on this website. For larger bulky items different carriers such as Toll Logistics or TNT/FedEx may be employed. However, Bundy Outdoors reserves the right to change the carrier selected by the Customer at any time where Bundy Outdoors feels that a different carrier can offer a better or faster service, or if Bundy Outdoors becomes aware of any issues affecting the carrier initially selected by the Customer.
2.2 Customers can easily track orders from your account page to see the progress of your delivery.
3. Delivery Time
Customers are always encouraged to consider their own personal circumstances and timeframes when placing orders as delivery times CANNOT be guaranteed.
3.1 Delivery times can vary depending on your location. Bundy Outdoors endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and in most cases this happens within 24hrs, however normal order processing and handling times are between 2-3 Business Days.
3.2 Express Post: Please use the below estimated delivery times as not all locations are serviced by Australia Post Express Post guarantee (currently suspended), the Customer is encouraged to make their own enquiries if the Express Post service is suitable for them and consider their own personal circumstances and requirements.
QLD Express Post: 1 Business Day
NSW, VIC, ACT Express Post: 1-2 Business Days
SA, TAS Express Post: 2-3 Business Days
WA Express Post: 3-4 Business Days
NT Express Post: 4-5 Business Days
If for any reason there is to be a delay in dispatching items (in excess of the standard 2-3 Business Day processing and handling time), Bundy Outdoors will contact the customer and inform of expected time frame.
3.3 Please note that standard postage can take up to 2-14 days to arrive once dispatched. Bundy Outdoors does offer postage rates for express delivery if required. Please refer to the postage calculator and be sure to choose an express service when checking out. The customer is responsible for considering their personal circumstances and has considered requirement times when placing their order.
3.4 Larger items or Special Order/Premium Order items may take a little longer as they will be dispatched directly from Suppliers, or require Bundy Outdoors to use alternative freight logistics, however most items will fall within the normal delivery timeframes.
3.5 With all purchases, tracking is supplied and can be followed through your customer login.
4. Out of Stock
4.1 Occasionally Bundy Outdoors may have items on this site that are out of stock, this sometimes occurs because we also run a very busy physical store. If you purchase an item that is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible and seek your instructions. If possible you will be offered to keep your order and it will be placed on backorder and dispatched as soon as the product becomes available, if you are unable to wait, Bundy Outdoors will happily cancel the order and refund the original purchase price. In most cases the delay is only the time needed for replacement stock to be received from suppliers. However if the replentishment time frame falls outside your needs or the product is no longer available you will be contacted and the order cancelled and refunded as soon as possible.
5. Special Orders, Premium Order Products or Direct Supplier Supply
5.1 If you see an item on Bundy Outdoors website that is marked 'Special Order', 'Premium Order Product' or 'Dispatches Directly from Supplier', this means that it is an item(s) that we do not hold onsite in our Warehouse, however Bundy Outdoors can arrange for the item to be shipped to you, directly from the supplier or specially ordered in. Your item will still be dispatched within the an allotted time frame (5-10 Business Days) unless Bundy Outdoors contacts the customer. The allotted time frame for dispatch does not include postage transit times. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to consider their personal circumstances and time requirements when ordering these products.
5.2 If you item has not arrived by the specified time frame as stated by the courier please do not hesitate to contact us, however please be advised that we may not be able to assist your enquiry until the allotted time frame has expired due to Supplier requirements.
5.3 Cancellation of Special Orders may incur a cancellation fee, please see our Returns and Cancellation Policy for further details. If you wish to cancel a special order after it has been dispatched, you may also be responsible for transport costs to and from its origin of dispatch. Please call us on 07 4152 3469 ASAP should you need to cancel a special order.
5.4 Express Shipping options. By selecting and Express Shipping Option, this does not expedite order processing, handling times or dispatch times. Express Shipping will only provide a faster delivery time once the item has been dispatched.
6. Delivery of Goods, Non-delivery of Goods or Damaged Goods
Bundy Outdoors is not liable or responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. All purchases made by Customers with Bundy Outdoors (including items dispatched directly from Suppliers) do so at their own risk.
Please note With all online purchases, they are made at the Customer’s sole risk (there are always inherent risks when making purchases online) and a retailers cannot be held responsible for item(s) once they are dispatched from a store or warehouse. This includes the unlikely event that parcels go missing in transit or, especially in the current climate deliveries are extensively delayed. Consumer guarantees do not extend to replacing an item(s) that have been posted, which was subsequently lost by Australia Post. Legally the retailer or supplier is not obligated to provide replacements or refunds as stated in our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order with Bundy Outdoors (and other retailers), you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
6.1 Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option.
6.2 All courier/postal services used are reputable companies and damage to products or an article being lost in transit is extremely rare, however damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and Bundy Outdoors is not liable or responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. All purchases made by Customers with Bundy Outdoors (including items dispatched directly from Suppliers) do so at their own risk.
6.3 Transit Insurance - Bundy Outdoors are able to offer transit insurance on a case by case basis, however, this must be arranged and paid for prior to dispatch. If you would like to discuss transit insurance please contact the sales team via email on sales@bundyoutdoors.com. A quote will then be provided for your consideration.
6.4. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to provide accurate and complete delivery address details. Where incorrect/Incomplete addresses are provided by the customer and delivery was not possible and the item(s) are to be returned to Bundy Outdoors, here the Customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs involved in having the item re-dispatched to the Customer. If the customer does not wish to pay for additional postage costs, here a full refund of the original item purchase price (not including initial postage costs) will be refunded to the customer after the returned item has been inspected for any damages - original postage costs will be forefited.

Items sent by Bundy Outdoors are NOT authorised to be re-directed to alternative addresses or have re-deliveries attempted. Bundy Outdoors is in no way responsible for security of items that are left at the Customers delivery address, and cannot be held liable for losses or damages.
6.6 Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our digital products (e-Gift Cards), please contact us so we may try to assist you.
